Imagine yourself sitting on one of
the best catfish holes in the country. You see a slight tick of a rod and a few
seconds later it starts to bow towards the water, this is what us hard core
catmen call a "Slow Take Me Down", your heart is pumping and you are wondering
if this is, THE ONE.
I take great pride in the fact that I try everything within my power to put my
clients on a big cat. Many times a year we take cats in the 50-80 lb class,
with my personal best being 92lbs.
I get all types of clients, from the hard core catman who just wants to catch a
big cat on the Cumberland River, the catman who wants to learn to read a river
and learn to use his electronics and target bigger fish, to the father who
brings his son out there just to have a great time and have his son hang into a
fish of a lifetime. Each trip is geared towards the clients desires and
expertise.
The guys/gals who chase these big cats are strictly CPR
(Catch/Photograph/Release) all cats over 10 lbs will be released.
